Co-Head of Global Private Equity at KKR; Employee Ownership Advocate

Here is the full 60 MINUTES segment from tonight The work they showed represents the ongoing efforts of many, many people and organizations. There’s only so much they can cover in 15 minutes. We had a long conversation about how #ESOPs represent our best shot at creating a more balanced economic system. We also discussed the specific legislative support we need to make ESOPs much more common, particularly among larger businesses - but that understandably hit the cutting room floor as policy is probably pretty bad TV. But you can check out the website for Expanding ESOPs for a preview. And please stay tuned for developments on our legislative push. Imagine how different our economy, and our country, would be if more workers owned a slice of their companies. The potential impact on wealth for workers, financial literacy, employee engagement, employee quit rates, and productivity is massive Also pls check out Ownership Works for information about and updates on the broader employee ownership movement underway. The team at OW is doing a lot of amazing work Lastly, a huge thank you for all the support and kind notes. We’ve got a long way to go but at least we’re on the journey… https://lnkd.in/ePc-qnrZ
