Setting and agreeing on deadlines can sound easy to some, but for the inexperienced, it presents a whole new challenge. It’s crucial to stay realistic and not overestimate or underestimate how much time it takes to meet deadlines. Learning these types of skills in both small and large projects is fundamentally the same; you need to calculate every move and decision in your mind. I’m not familiar with courses or people who teach this specific skill, but I’m sure that mastering it saves a lot of time and energy.

Like many, I'm lucky to be heading to the French Riviera next week for Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. This time I'm eager for a more human approach to the festival - a fresh perspective that reveals the true essence of La Croisette and beyond.
