Having a Master's degree in Theatre and Film Science, Romée wasn't the most obvious hire at Crossborder (FOD Justitie SPF Justice). But without any prior experience in IT or project management, Romee successfully led an IT program from analysis to implementation in a highly regulated sector. The secret?
