I think in my work, what I have also encountered that what doesn't go right in this case is that there are just so many design criterias. Like it's like the dilemma between, um, we want to have cost efficiencies but we also want to innovate and invest and we really want to put money somewhere. We want to have really like you know again budgets are tight but we want to grow very fast. And so and we want everybody in the office but we want to have locations like the the advantages of dispersed locations and low cost areas. So I think there is so much, there are so many competing criterias that I feel that we overwhelm ourselves by doing everything and wanting to do everything and then we don't end up doing anything. And then we don't know what is the outcome that we are looking for for this design. Because one of the outcomes is not going to happen if because we are having so many criteria. - And probably all of them won't

Great insight from Shradha and Rupert! It's so true that when we try to do too much, we end up not doing anything. It's important to focus on the most important criteria and prioritize them.
