Funding Circle plc recently published our FY 2023 results and indicated that we have received expressions of interest in the U.S. business. However, those conversations are at an early stage and do not impact FC SBA Lending, LLC’s ability to maintain the minimum capital requirements set forth in CFR 120.471 or our preparations to begin offering SBA 7(a) small loans nationwide including Puerto Rico as early as April of 2024. As of the end of the last fiscal year, we had $216 million in unrestricted cash and FY results showed a loss of $4.96m AEBITDA because we made planned strategic investments in the US and new products in the UK. We are proud to have loaned more than $4.5 billion to 45,000 small businesses in the U.S. and $21.1 billion to 150,000 small businesses globally since 2010.
