Heat therapy is being explored as a path to combat depression, dementia, arthritis, and even cancer. I'm a living testament to these statements! In 2016 my health was at rock bottom and I thought I was going to die. Huge list of health problems, I couldn't even go for a 10-minute walk without hurting for days after. So I bought a sauna and put it into my workspace so I had no excuse not to do it. It changed my life and was one of the pivotal routines that significantly and immediately impacted my quality of life.
