Opportunity@Work Stand Together
Great news... how does this apply to individuals seeking work, or does your mission not reach beyond the noted sectors, public, corporate, etc., to the actual job seekers?
As a STAR, this is needed. I need opportunities that are far better than what I'm being offered (which are practically none).
Congratulations, so well-deserved! Excited to see all that you will accomplish in partnership with STARs to build a stronger, more equitable workforce!
Congratulations! Great news!
Tremendous! This is wonderful news!!!

1wI would think that a great resource to demonstrate the credibility of your mission statement would be to empower trades people for the skills they learn in the field of construction that are outside of what you could ever hope to learn in a University. I absolutely do not agree with the DEI aspect of some of the people involved with this non-profit, but I believe a great deal in surrounding yourself with people who do not agree with your own personal belief systems. Not sure if DEI advocates are able to see it that way as my personal experience with consultants is that they gradually demand people adapt their ideologies with little admission of fault in their own bias. I believe in discussion, and debate and especially equality of opportunity. Equality = Merit / Colorblindness E = mc2
