Big shoutout to the Philippine Retailers Association for publishing my piece in the latest PRA magazine. It's always been a pleasure working with one the longest and active organizations dedicated to retail in APAC. In this piece - I discuss some of the practical applications of AI within organizations. Automation and accuracy are table-stakes - the more considerable transformation within the Philippines on the back of this growing economy will primarily bank on upskilling workers in their ability to interact with AI to do more with less and to provide more value per headcount and not necessarily the misnomer that AI reduces headcount.
