It’s safe to say that I ended off last year on a great note. Last week, I wrapped up my final days at Kimberly-Clark, and the past eight months have been nothing short of fun, insightful, and inspiring. K-C’s culture taught me to move in a fast environment, win with consumers, work collaboratively, and continuously learn. During my time here, I was able to adapt and learn in a safe environment, allowing me to take ownership of various projects and contribute to our brand goals. As I reflect on the past eight months, I wanted to share some of the work I did: 🖥️ Created the Huggies Wipes Amazon Brand Store (https://amzn.to/47q0y8f): Led the ideation, planning and execution of our new brand store to bring awareness to our wipes business. 📧 Supported our CRM Strategies: Created monthly emails to engage our customers with our brands (Depend, Poise, U by Kotex, Cottonelle, Huggies, and Pull-Ups) to bring awareness to our different promotions. 📝 Conducted a Website Analysis: Shared insights and recommendations to enhance our organic presence and made changes to our Huggies website by updating our different landing page banners. 🎥 Contributed to Our Influencer Program (U by Kotex): Worked with EN and FR content creators to create TikToks to share our brand message. Supported ideations and provided feedback on storyboards and video executions. Led the creative changes to our product pages on Amazon to have bilingual assets for Depend. As I wrap up my journey here at Kimberly-Clark, I cannot wait to see what the new year brings! I want to thank Laura Stürmer, Raza M, MBA, Paul Scott, Nakul Dugal, Kopal C., and many more for providing me with numerous opportunities to support their initiatives, learn, and grow. I have just finished my Global Virtual program at lululemon, were I experienced what marketers at Lululemon do and their daily tasks! Reflecting on My 3-Year Journey as a Merchandiser Since childhood, my passion for fashion and styling led me to pursue a diploma in fashion designing. However, upon realizing that my true calling lay in the dynamic world of merchandising, I shifted my focus during an internship and embarked on a fulfilling journey. I thoroughly enjoyed this role, and over my three-year journey, I've gathered valuable insights. Here are some key points: 1. Be confident and clear in your commands. 2.
