Novel immunotherapeutic option for BCG-unresponsive high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer: OncoTherad (MRB-CFI-1) nanoimmunotherapy Our article published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences demonstrated that OncoTherad® (MRB-CFI-1) nanoimmunotherapy emerges as a safe and effective treatment option for patients with BCG-unresponsive NMIBC and for those who have undergone intravesical chemotherapy. This therapy has the potential to help reduce tumor relapse rates and potentially delay or rule out the need for conducting radical surgical interventions in these patients.
