On September 23, 2024, we hosted a transformative Online Cross-Learning Session for our healthcare partners, bringing together experts to share best practices, discuss common challenges, and foster collaboration to address healthcare issues at the grassroots level. The session was moderated by Sunanda Rangarajan, CEO of OFSI with a key participation from Mr. Aravindan from DoctorNet, Mr Chandrasekaran from HOPE foundation , Dr Roopa Devadasan from One Billion Literates Foundation, Mr. Loganathan K from Association for Sustainable Community Development Virgil D Sami from Arunodhaya Centre, Priya Babu from Transgender Resource Center, Srividya from Aramporul and LOGAMATHA MATHA from DHAN Foundation. With the aim of bridging critical gaps in healthcare delivery, the event featured insightful presentations and discussions on key topics, including reproductive health awareness, mobile clinics for underserved communities, and mental health initiatives. We are proud to have created a space where our partners could exchange knowledge and experiences, laying the foundation for sustainable, community-driven healthcare solutions. We had the incredible opportunity to attend the Joy of Giving event at the Arunodhaya Center on the 8th, where Omega Healthcare and OFSI volunteers were part of a heartwarming celebration.  Community Health Educators (CHEs) recreated traditional marital ceremonies for young couples, aged 15-17, bringing a sense of joy, tradition, and community. Through 22 hours of dedicated mentoring, our volunteers empowered these aspiring professionals, helping them build the skills and confidence needed for their career journeys. 💬 Here’s what one of our First Leapers, K.
