A few recent acquisitions in the industry by big PE companies have made candidate’s question the stability within their current roles now. Other reasons are cultural/C-level changes that have left candidates feeling less invested in. economic instability means some companies are struggling compared to their competitors, so people are keeping more of an open mind.
