This week is going to be an important one for Tomorrow's Bites On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be present in Warsaw at the Food Tech Congress. Both Sjacco V. and I will be moderating panels, and we will be attending to others to learn more about the current situation of the food industry and connect with other food leaders. Send us a heads up if you are going to be around! However, there is another important thing we will do this week. Sjacco and I will record the 50th episode of Tomorrow's Bites. And to celebrate reaching this number, we have decided to do an episode between the two of us, reflecting about our last year, our growth, and answering surprise questions we will prepare for each other. One thing he says, that there is a "misconception that manual labor is the same thing as unskilled labor. The fact is for those distinct tasks, you've got vastly different skill sets." So true!
