We were thrilled to welcome Sean Theuri, Nyasha Makaya, and their team from Caltech to our office for an inspiring podcast session!
Their startup, String, is revolutionizing the coffee supply chain by enhancing transparency and quality assurance. By directly connecting farmers and cooperatives in East Africa with importers and roasters, they are increasing profits for the farmers.

Common traits of long lasting animals. Much to reflect and learn here.
- Ability to reduce metabolism at will (survival mindset)
- Very high conversion rate on every attempt to secure food (high judgement, focus and a deadly bite)
- Survive many types of environmental changes (adaptability and curiosity)
Mind blown by Kunal Shah's answers on the power of curiosity on Lenny's podcast. Take a bow good sir, one of the best hrs of learning! https://lnkd.in/gDPYCG5e

This week is going to be an important one for Tomorrow's Bites
On Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be present in Warsaw at the Food Tech Congress. Both Sjacco V. and I will be moderating panels, and we will be attending to others to learn more about the current situation of the food industry and connect with other food leaders.
Send us a heads up if you are going to be around!
However, there is another important thing we will do this week.
Sjacco and I will record the 50th episode of Tomorrow's Bites.
And to celebrate reaching this number, we have decided to do an episode between the two of us, reflecting about our last year, our growth, and answering surprise questions we will prepare for each other.
But, we want you to take part in it.
For that reason, we encourage you to live any question you desire about us, about the project, about the struggles, the challenges, the happy moments, our ambition the problems about the industry... anything you would like to ask, we will be transparent and honest about, so take your chance to make juicy question and make us sweat!
Thanks for your support all this time, we would not be doing this if it was not for you and the great feedback you share with us.
Let's keep working for a better tomorrow.
P.S: Remember what I said at the beginning, tell us if you are going to be in Warsaw!!

With the rain and cold weather it feels like the time of year to be stuck in a rut!
I really enjoyed this podcast which offers some tips to try when you feel stuck, things like:
- writing things down
- chatting with friends and family about how you’re feeling
- making a small goal to build momentum
- being patient with yourself
- not judging your negative thoughts and emotions
It’s normal to feel stuck from time to time (I know I do!) and I hope this podcast will help you out.
