Tuesday Tune-Up Confession time: I used to be a creature of chaos. My mornings were a whirlwind of rushing, forgetting, and a general sense of panic. But then I discovered the magic of routine. Hear me out! Having a set of morning rituals doesn't have to be rigid or boring. It's about creating a structure that sets you up for a focused and productive day. No gym required! I greet the day with some simple stretches and a few minutes of yoga. It wakes up my body and gets the blood flowing. There's no denying it – I need my coffee! I savor a cup of coffee while jotting down my top three priorities for the day. A quick scan of the headlines keeps me informed without getting bogged down in information overload. Before diving into emails and tasks, I take a few minutes to clear my head by freewriting in a notebook. It helps me organize my thoughts and identify any lingering anxieties. This morning routine might not be for everyone, but it's what works for me. It sets the tone for a productive day and helps me tackle whatever challenges Tuesday throws my way.
