💪💡 STATE EMPLOYEES: Session 2 of our Statewide Learning Services book study is taking place as a Microsoft Teams meeting next Wednesday, July 24, from 10-11:30 a.m. This session will continue exploring the themes and takeaways from Adam Grant’s book, “Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things.” In the book, Grant explores how to build the character skills and motivational structures to realize our own potential and how to design systems that create opportunities for those who have been underrated and overlooked. Success is never a guarantee, but developing character and learning where and how to use your potential are foundational skills needed to achieve your goals.
