Health is the prerequisite to achieve peak performance... especially if you're an ambitious women! This morning I hosted another inspiring Female Founder Wellness Breakfast putting the spotlight on the connection between health and performance. My claim: You achieve peak performance only when you're at optimal health! I learned this the hard way... For the first decade of my career: Ignoring health = peak performance I burnt out twice! Now I know: Optimal health = peak performance Being healthy is a prerequisite for consistent long term performance! Consistent long term performance is a prerequisite to build ambitious visions! So my best advice is - don't sacrifice your health for short term gain. It is not worth it in the long run. It's time we redefine the narrative. We can and should strive to build ambitious visions in healthy ways, and not make these mutually exclusive. That's why I'm building Female Founder House, a platform and community that supports ambitious women in building bold visions in healthy ways through elevated networking, education and retreats - all wrapped in immersive wellness experiences.
