As the United States heads into the height of its presidential election season, now is a good time for employers to consider implementing measures to navigate potential workplace tensions. Taking proactive steps to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and providing an environment conducive to effective collaboration among employees can help prevent fraught work environments from forming.   In this two part series, Jimmy F.
