📰 From the Ogletree archives: Nearly twenty years ago, on September 1, 2004, Ogletree Deakins merged with Haynsworth Baldwin. It was the largest merger Ogletree had ever undertaken, adding 46 lawyers and new offices in Charlotte and Tampa.   While most of our Haynsworth colleagues have since retired, many of these lawyers and business professionals, including Fito Agraz, Tom Bright, Howard Daniel, Lee Depret-Bixio, Bill Duda, Ignacio Garcia, Kevin Hishta, Kevin Joyner, Charles McDonald, Bernhard Mueller, Leigh Nason, Chris Near, Gus Suarez, Jeannie Allen, Sheri Gordon, Lorene Harris, Barbara Pitts, and Meredith Smith, are still at the firm.
