As a few days have passed, I've spent some time thinking about this event and thought I'd share a quick recap: Events are King....A key takeaway was the power of events in driving engagement and ROI. Learnings from successful brands in 2024: every connection counts and even in a B2B world, you are still connecting with an individual. Understanding individuals' personal care-abouts is crucial for building meaningful connections with our brand. Maintaining trust means staying true to our brand's values, not just delivering aspirational messages. Social media dynamics will be a major focus, with adults spending around 2 hours daily on platforms. Our strategy should prioritize engagement over broadcasting, using the “jab jab punch” method: share content that entertains, inspires, and informs before promoting our company.
