Support via CfD is considered to be the route forward. But CfD comes in different shapes and sizes. In this article, comparison is made between the different existing generation based CfDs, and how it (positively) affects markets. It also states that generation independent CfDs feature ‘unresolved implementation challenges’.

NEW RESEARCH: Vehicle-to-grid can substantially reduce substation critical peak demand. With just 10% uptake of residential vehicle-to-grid peak electricity demand could be reduced by over 6% says new study for the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) by enX consulting. Full study here: https://lnkd.in/eydVCPrS Many of the recommendations tally with our Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) analysis led by Jaap Burger: https://lnkd.in/guhWnff3

The integration between #ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) and #DERMS (Distributed Energy Resource Management System) is paramount to navigate the accelerated adoption of renewable energy sources, to meet #decarbonization goals, and to ensure a secure and reliable #gridstability. Read the last white paper by GE Vernova entitled "ADMS & DERMS: Orchestrating DERS at the Grid Edge" that goes through these topics. The white paper also explores how GE Vernova's #GridOS® software portfolio designed for grid orchestration can help accelerate the energy transition. The white paper is available at this link (no registration needed!): https://lnkd.in/egRuykct
