Why are HR professionals in the logistics sector in Mohali frequently changing jobs and gaining managerial positions without proper experience, and what impact does this have on companies and employee trust? Well, it's sad to see what's happening in the HR field within the logistics sector. Seeing HR professionals switch jobs three to four times within just three months, often being promoted to managerial positions without any HR experience, feels weird. Companies should check who they're hiring for HR. Bringing someone in and then letting them go quickly hurts the company's reputation and stops it from growing due to the subsequent lack of resources. At home, our moms make everything feel right, turning a house into a real home. At work, HR should make the office feel like a second home. Everyone makes mistakes, even HR people. But we learn from them, right? Some candidates find it hard to trust HR because they don't always do what they say. HR should only promise what they know the company can do. How HR handles situations shapes trust. To all the HR folks out there, stability is important. Don't just chase higher pay and Designation.
