Planning your days ahead help to set the stage for how each day will go. If you meal prep your lunches to work, you are less likely to spend money and less likely to eat unhealthy. For lunch, this is some of my favorite foods to eat as they are quick, non messy, and makes me in a good, energetic mood all day! I use Daisy dip as well for my veggies.
