I’ve completed the first half and it’s already amazing! The dopamine hypothesis in working memory makes me think of the one described when we mention ADHD. In fact, in both, lack of dopamine availibilty was linked to poor attention and poor working memory. In the other way, dopamine supplementation was linked to higher attention and focus and improved ADHD symptoms. This is of course 1 in many hypothesis. Still, it makes it clear that as dopamine plays a vital role in the rewarding system, it, by essence, shloud drive the attention process, which is necessary to retain information.
