🌟 New blog post: Introducing Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA)'s Interim Principles for Responsible Carbon Finance in Clean Cooking! 🔉Late November, the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA) introduced 12 principles that aim to increase the integrity, transparency, fairness, and sustainability in clean cookstove carbon projects. These Principles are now under public consultation until January 31st 2024. 🔍 NetaCarbon believes that the adoption of these principles could spur growth in the clean cooking sector by catalyzing reliable carbon finance investments, which is crucial as the sector grows and faces increasing scrutiny over baseline and usage monitoring. 🚀 However, meeting higher benchmarks may create barriers to deter new entrants.
