OK, Seasons, greetings from APS to Nova Link. I have been working with the great folks of Nova Link for at least five plus years. And during this time that we have been working together, I would say it has been a team effort. Nova Link has just been superb in providing us with the most qualified and candidates that that that come in and know what to do. They're technically ready. They have a customer service experience that we're looking for, and I could just say so much about the staff of Nova Link. When I pick up the phone and send an e-mail, whether it's for a event that's being held for the tax or if it's just to have a conversation about a tech that may be a little bit underperforming, Nova Link is there to listen and also to help make sure that that tech is performing the way we would like them to perform at APS. So again, it has been a great pleasure working with Nova Leak. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Nova link the staff there and the the the manage, the upper management team there is just wonderful.
