Too often, we suffer from analysis paralysis - feeling like we have to have all the correct information, the right motivation, and perfect timing to start working on ourselves. More often than not that analysis keeps us stuck in the mud, never actually taking action. If you're looking to make a change in your health and fitness, just remember: something is ALWAYS better than nothing. Put one foot in front of the other and just keep moving forward. You can do it!

F.E.A.R. in Health and Fitness In the journey towards better health and fitness, F.E.A.R. can hold two distinct meanings: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. The choice is always yours. When faced with challenges, setbacks, or even the daunting first steps towards a new goal, remember that your mindset shapes your reality. Forget Everything And Run is the easy path—giving in to doubts, skipping workouts, or letting excuses take over. But true transformation happens when you choose to Face Everything And Rise. Embrace the obstacles, push past the discomfort, and rise to the occasion every single day. Your health is your wealth, and every step forward is a victory. Choose to rise. Choose to thrive. Choose you. @DeoAkope2024 @UgandaGolf @ugandagolftimes @UgandaGolfUnion @RonaldRugumayo @OkilaFitness

I HELP PROFESSIONAL MEN learn how to lose weight in simple to follow steps "SFH" Fat Loss Coach for Busy Men // Lose 25+ lbs, message me “Im in” for more info on coaching💥
LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT SO HARD. I'm serious, it's not. It's only hard because you haven't set the right system for yourself and you're always fighting a battle. Putting the right system in place will make it a smooth process without feeling like battling your desires. For example if you have the wrong foods around all the time, you will have a much tougher time not eating them. If you are burning yourself out too quickly with hard workouts you will stop ✋ You have to know what you are capable of and continue building the constant reps as you get better. Too much too fast doesn't last. It's a recipe for burnout. You likely lost weight the first few weeks and thought it was awesome but you probably stopped eventually as the "newneess" wore off. If you are someone who wants to lose weight and keep it off then... Make the process as easy as possible. In the slimfithealth program some of the things you will be taught are How to eat properly How to build an exercise regimen in your own How to push through hurdles when challenges come along To be aware if you're moving enough throughout the day To track yourself and build confidence With the right system weight loss will come naturally. Now you're not getting younger. The time to begin was yesterday so catch the ride now. Before you miss out

IF I LOSE WEIGHT, PEOPLE WILL LIKE ME! Someone said this to me during a consultation last month. It didn’t shock me. I’ve had it said to me a few times recently. This thought process is quite common. So many of you think once you hit a certain weight e.g 2 stone you feel happier. And others around you will think highly of you. Thinking like this isn’t healthy for your mind. It forces you to try FAD diets, cut out the things you enjoy and stop doing things you enjoy. To lose 2 stones. Then what? You go back to the way you were before and put it back on and potentially more. There is a healthier way. It’s first important to realise that people around you love you as you are now. The other important thing is to know that there is a different approach. I can’t tell you which one without speaking to you first. If you’d like some advice on how to achieve your fitness goals without having to go to extreme lengths, then message me and we can have a chat! I have tonnes of resources to help steer you in the right direction.
