I’ve been in thermal coating for 28+yrs and I live with adhd. Many companies have utilized my out of the norm vision and capitalized. However as the years go by I’m looking more into process improvements and engineering but because Im lacking a degree I’m over looked. School wasn’t for me when I was young so I knew I wouldn’t accelerate in the path I’m currently pursuing. I saved a company I worked for 250,000$ just looking at programs and altering them to be more efficient all around. I appreciate what you are doing Ann and bringing the awareness. Thank you
