Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation (NMIC)’s Post

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest affordable housing cooperative project at 21 Arden Street. After a decade-long wait, 12 families have finally returned to their beloved community, transitioning from tenants to proud homeowners! This 15-unit project represents a significant step forward in providing accessible housing and building generational wealth for our families. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners and supporters who made this dream a reality.
