Join us for our 2nd Annual Back to School Community Resource Fair, now bigger and better than before! Our goal is to distribute 250 backpacks filled with school supplies. Mark your calendars for Friday, August 2, 2024, from 1 pm to 4 pm, right here on our campus. Everyone is invited! This year, we've partnered with Manayunk Development Corporation to collect brand-new backpacks and school supplies. You can drop off donations at their table during Stroll the Streets on Thursdays. Alternatively, you can schedule a drop-off or pick-up with Kat at [email protected]. Exciting news! We've teamed up with Five Below Andorra (located on Henry Ave in Roxborough). If you plan to shop there for supplies or other items, remember to bring the posted flyer or mention Northern Children's Services at the register (any day between 7/12 until 7/26). This way, 10% of your purchase will support Northern!

If you're looking for a good cause to support for Amplify Austin today, please consider donating to the United Way of Greater Austin! One of the pivotal goals of their work is their focus on high-quality early care and education. The first five years of every person’s life are foundational. Studies show that a child’s experiences during those early years literally build the architecture of their brain. Every $1 invested in early childhood education results in a $7 return-on-investment that benefits: - Local families, whose focus and trust lies in their children receiving high-quality care and support while they are working, - Our local economy, because it thrives with the talents of parents in the workforce, and - Our community, because children are tomorrow’s workforce and leaders. Supporting early childhood education strengthens our region into one where everyone can thrive. Donate now and make that vision a reality. https://lnkd.in/gZGmXfnv

Greatful to serve as the Board Chair for such an active and involved “community profit” company called Pro-Se Potential. One of our community outreach events was featured on the Back to Besa show with FOX news capture by the ever active Converge Media Team. Check it out in the link below. Our mission is to help our youth outperform their current environments. While we have a wide reach a majority of our children and families exist in King and Pierce Counties. If you want to get involved we have a Gala coming up November 2nd. Contact me for details. How do we heal a nation? Listen to the needs of the states. How do we heal the states? Rod and his team are the best. Fast, efficient and a wealth of knowledge in the business. I loved voicing this one, a bit of narration, different that a commercial really and still different from eLearning. The closest I’ve gotten to a “documentary”. #FortWayne #NonProfit #Narration
At Luminous we help nonprofits tell their story. Community Harvest has been serving this community for over 40 years! Watch this opening to their documentary and let's discuss your story! luminousproductions.org

Access to resources offered at Catholic Charities Northside Child Development Center and at V3 Sports is particularly important in North Minneapolis, because young adults under 18 make up roughly 40% of the population in the Near North neighborhood. Our children's futures will rely on the work we do today — Near North's unemployment rate is twice that of the rest of the city, and many organizations are working to promote economic stability, job opportunities, and education equity.
