Going into an interview without prepping your own questions for the interviewer sets you up to fail. IMO its the most important thing you can bring to an interview. - It helps you build rapport - It creates conversation over a one-way dynamic - It shows your interest in the interviewer - It can play to the interviewers ego brain - It demonstrates your thinking - It will make you stand out Listen to the first few minutes of this and tell me what you think! #interviewtips #offshoring #offshorejobs #Frank

Sergeant Office of the Attorney General I Senior Special Agent US Secret Service (Retired) Criminal Investigations | Behavioral Interviewing | Physical Security | Risk Assessment | Team Leadership | Intelligence Analysis
Excellent analysis and insight from one of the best.
BETWEEN DANGER AND DEMOCRACY - On Sunday, I had the privilege of discussing the bravery of the U.S. Secret Service and the recent assassination attempt on Former President Donald Trump on ABC This Week with George Stephanopoulos. It's essential to take a tactical pause as we assess the incident. While there are serious questions to address, the bravery and heroism of the Secret Service agents and officers who neutralized an assassin and ran toward gunfire is absolutely unquestioned. Put quite simply, they put their own bodies between danger and democracy in a selfless act of devotion that borders on superhuman. But we must remember that first and foremost, they are humans. The rush to judgment serves no one. We must ensure that our analysis is thorough and just. The men and women of the USSS and their state and local law enforcement partners play a critical role in safeguarding our democracy and that mission never stops. Their dedication deserves our utmost respect and gratitude. I have also participated in discussions on CNN with Abby Phillip, ABC in Pennsylvania and Atlanta, NBC News, EWTN, Chris Hansen, DW News Germany, Sky News UK, and others. I believe it is important in these uncertain and dangerous times to let my brothers and sisters still in harm's way know that I have your back. I believe in you. And THANK YOU. #Leadership #Security #Heroism #USSS #LawEnforcement #Democracy

Rolf Magnus GrungRagnhild Klingenberg Røed In this new paper, we examine the impact of interviewer rejections following “Don't know” responses in forensic interviews with alleged preschool-aged victims of abuse. Our findings reveal that interviewers accepted the children's “Don't know” responses 75.3% of the time, while rejecting them 24.7% of the time. Notably, when interviewers rejected these responses, 75.9% of the subsequent answers contradicted the children's initial statements. These results highlight the potential suggestiveness of rejecting “Don't know” responses in such sensitive interviews.

Whistleblower in the Market and Social Research Industry [Membership banned by the Research Society (AMSRS)] and Managing Director at Market Solutions- Market research & public sector insights company.
Sent: Mon, 4 Feb 2019 3:31 PM To: LAsrc Subject: RE: Future Partnerships Dear LAsrc In response to your email I did open’ myself up to rereading your messages for what they are. I agree with your statement that the messages were indeed simple messages that you barely gave a second thought to Darren and you approaching CMM for our intercept team will not bring Market Solutions into disrepute.. it does bring SRC into disrepute though Are you proud of MS? (You told me that you were mobbed out of Market Solutions and that that you reached out to another ex-Market Solutions person that was already working at SRC and that you were absolutely surprised when CMM reached out to try to get you back to MS) I also did not appreciate the veiled threat to name other ex-members of SRC by naming them and involving them in your email to Darren (DP)… I felt it was a veiled threat to get others to feel threatened because Darren is supposedly a ‘big shot’ in the industry which makes this whole ‘controversy’ more controversial!!! One person here said.. to point their finger at ‘Darren’ may be career suicide… however I do not depend on DP for my job Your excuse that DP did not know about CMM has left MS in this small and incestuous industry 8 months after she resigned from MS is ‘hard to swallow’.. CMM is not a person that shies away from the limelight and hides away like I do “He didn’t even know she [CMM] had left MS and doesn’t have her contact details.” Do you want to have a go at what is wrong with this sentence? Let me enlighten you – if he thought CMM is still at MS, he would have the information he needed to contact her at MS at his own fingertips, you may not know this but the rest of the world is able to contact us.. it is called ‘google’ I actually believe it is very possible that you really want me to do well.. but you know which side your bread is buttered... you know I am too much of an underdog to back… and according to CMM, you formed an opinion that I am ‘unstable’. (She put this in a fairwork fake bullying claim against me but failed to attend the hearing when I said I had empirical data and witnesses) I too am sorry this has caused so much angst… including causing angst in the other researchers working here So far your leader who has involved you in a ‘controversy’ has left you to take the blame on your own… it has just been radio silence on his end As for the controversy, it is just about to be an extremely large controversy that we have proof from emails left behind that people have been relentless in trying to mob me out of the research industry in the last 2 years.. it spread from within MS to other organisations besides SRC.. and that others in multiple organisations have targeted me to bully us and deprive us of work May 2019- I wrote to CMM and DP May 2019-DP accused me of bullying 3 females at ANUE and SRC but LAsrc was not one of them [Due to long term gaslighting- I need investigations for confirmation]
