With a goal to reduce costs by 3-5%, they sought a secondary GPO to complement their primary GPO, ultimately choosing to partner with Advantus. Leveraging an aggressive pricing model and strategic negotiations with Medline, we facilitated an 11% reduction in expenses for Delta Health System.
