#WagaEnergy successfully raises €52 million in an accelerated bookbuild offering.  The offering was well oversubscribed with strong support from international and French long-only investors, enabling to upsize the offering by 15% versus the initial minimum targeted amount. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to support Waga Energy’s accelerated international expansion. Waga Energy thanks all the investors who participated in the capital increase, and in particular historical shareholders Noria, ALIAD Venture Capital by Air Liquide, Starquest, TERTIUM Invest and VOL-V, CMA CGM-CGM, who joined at the time of the IPO, as well as ENOWE and all the new investors joining today.  In recent months, Waga Energy has demonstrated operational excellence and ability to execute on the roadmap, by starting production units in Spain, Canada and most recently in the United States. This fundraising will make it possible to finance new plants, particularly in the United States, a strategic market in which the company has recorded numerous commercial successes in recent months. US private equity company KKR is holding 31% of the shares in Encavis AG a week after a consortium led by the investment firm offered EUR 2.8 billion (USD 3.05bn) to acquire the German wind and solar parks operator. According to a regulatory filing published on Wednesday, funds managed by KKR secured 49.9 million voting rights in Encavis, corresponding to 31%. The German renewable energy company disclosed earlier in March that a consortium led by KKR intends to propose EUR 17.50 per share to buy Encavis. Viessmann a German manufacturer of heating and refrigeration systems, will participate as a co-investor in the group. According to the statement made at the time, several Encavis shareholders led by ABACON CAPITAL have agreed to sell a combined stake of 31%, while partly reinvesting in KKR’s bidding entity, Elbe Bid Co. #CCS is a significant leap forward in Eni's #decarbonisation journey, especially for hard-to-abate sectors. Recognised by leading international organisations and written into EU policies, CCS is central to the #energytransition. By leveraging our vast repository of depleted reservoirs along with our technical and commercial know-how, we not only reduce our net emissions but also generate value within the transition economy by playing the role of Transport and Storage operator and, for large industrial hubs, cluster orchestrator. This approach allows us to transform existing assets into powerful tools against emissions from hard-to-abate activities, targeting a return on invested capital of around 10%. The UK's HyNet project leads our efforts to significantly boost CO2 injection, complemented by the upcoming launch of Phase 1 of our Ravenna CCS, with the Phase 2 expansion scheduled for starting up in 2027 and capacity rising to 4Mln tonnes per year. Further expansion could take this facility to up to 16Mln tonnes in the 2030s. This is the kind of innovation that drives the industry forwards and delivers decarbonisation and value to shareholders.

Our 2024 Capital Markets Update in short Only by creating material and sustainable returns and enabling new forms of profitable business can we make the #energytransition real. And that’s what we are doing, with a distinctive strategy that addresses its challenges and opportunities to realise the full value of our traditional energy businesses and skills while building new, high-return, high-growth activities: ☑ Our growth is coupled with a material reduction in emissions. ☑ Biorefining capacity is seen at over 3 MPTA by 2026 (2x end-2023) and over 5 MTPA by 2030, with more than 1 MTPA SAF optionality by 2026, and the potential to double by 2030. ☑ Renewable generation capacity will increase to 4 GW in 2024, and more than double to over 8 GW by 2027. ☑ CCS is confirmed as a further Transition growth opportunity, with over 15 MTPA of injection capacity expected on-line before 2030 progressively rising to around 40 MTPA after 2030. All economic and financial KPIs demonstrate progress and robustness with a compelling trend of value growth, upside leverage and resilient downside: ☑ Eni expects to generate a CFFO of €62 billion over the plan period, with 30% growth at a constant scenario. ☑ 2024-2027 overall net capex of €27 billion and an average net capex of €7 billion per year, more than 20% lower than last year’s Plan. ☑ Increasing dividend and enhancing shareholder distributions by raising the target payout and upside participation. 👉 https://bit.ly/3Tg2n2k
