Head of commercial role combines managing/leading a team of 5 Account Executives - coaching, mentoring, supporting delivery of results - along with hands on client work - both service delivery and new business. Acting as a key member of the management team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, ambitious Account Executive seeking their first step into management or an existing leader looking to be part of an exciting project in an entrepreneurial, quality focused brokerage that embodies all of the best values of truly independent broking.
