Remember - “The only easy day was yesterday”. This is a common saying in Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training and life in the SEAL Teams platoons. Every day we work hard to achieve our goals, to become physically and mentally stronger, and to become more capable. It is through hard work and becoming more capable that, in hindsight, we are able to see yesterday as an easy day. What hard work are you willing to put in today to ensure you see today as an easy day tomorrow? #PersonalDevelopment #WorkHard #SuccessTips #LeadershipDevelopment #TierOneInc

The Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS) is the next level in high fidelity rear-crew training. Hoist operator training is often limited to the necessary parameters safeguarding live aircraft training and the limitations of static simulation, but Bluedrop is changing that. With high fidelity haptics, live cable dynamics, and integrated full crew training the HMTS redefines simulation in rear-crew training.

- Unveiling the Unsung Heroes: The Story of ASD Tug Vessels- Once upon a time, in the bustling ports and harbors around the world, there existed a group of unsung heroes. They were not the towering container ships or majestic cruise liners that commanded attention; instead, they were the humble yet powerful ASD Tug vessels. These vessels, with their sleek design and robust capabilities, served a vital purpose in the maritime industry. Their primary mission? To assist larger ships in docking, undocking, and maneuvering safely within tight spaces and challenging conditions. Imagine a bustling port where cargo ships of all shapes and sizes jostle for space, while unpredictable weather and strong currents add an extra layer of complexity. In the midst of this organized chaos, ASD Tug vessels emerge as the reliable guardians of maritime operations. Their unique design, characterized by azimuth thrusters that allow for 360-degree maneuverability, sets them apart from traditional tugboats. This innovative feature enables ASD Tug vessels to pivot and navigate with precision, ensuring efficient and safe handling of even the largest vessels. But their role extends beyond mere assistance. ASD Tug vessels are often called upon to perform intricate tasks, such as escorting ships through narrow channels or responding to emergency situations with agility and speed. Their versatility knows no bounds, making them indispensable assets in the maritime world. As we embark on this journey to explore the world of ASD Tug vessels, let's pay homage to these unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth sailing of maritime operations. Join me as we uncover the design, purpose, and capabilities of these remarkable vessels, and discover the stories that lie beneath the surface of their steel hulls. to Crewing Manager's.. I'm interested working on ASD Tug vessel in your company. I have a weakness, which is that I have no experience working on an ASD Tug ship. My last experience as Master on Towing Tug & Barge with ship operation in South East Asia, I hold COC IV license (STCW 2010 II/3.5). However, I can ensure to adapt immediately on board ASD Tug if the Crewing Manager can give me the opportunity. THANK YOU! #ASDTug #MaritimeHeroes #InnovationAtSea 🚢⚓🌊

Maneuvering heavy vehicles in busy project sites can be challenging, which is why having trained, capable flagmen is crucial to ensuring traffic safety and minimizing accidents. A flagman is a worker who directs and controls traffic by providing accurate direction to drivers at locations where permanent signage is missing or does not sufficiently control the road. Velosi Flagman Training course is designed to equip participants with a comprehensive set of common traffic signals, provide guidance on their practical applications in real life circumstances, and teach them methods for resolving difficult maneuvering scenarios. “1000 Ways to Secure the Pilot Ladder, But Only One is the Correct by Arie Palmers” Ensuring the proper securing of the pilot ladder is a crucial part of maritime safety. Despite the variety of methods seafarers may use, there is only one method that truly meets international safety standards. ⚓️ Why it Matters: Improperly secured pilot ladders can lead to severe accidents and injuries. Compliance with IMO regulations (SOLAS) and other industry standards is essential for both the safety of pilots and the ship’s crew. 🛠️ Common Mistakes: • Incorrect use of securing points • Using insufficient materials for rigging • Not ensuring a stable landing area ✅ The Right Way: Follow the strict guidelines as per IMO Resolution A.1045(27), ensuring the ladder is properly secured with both ropes and shackles to the designated strong points of the vessel. Always double-check with the crew for safety confirmation before use. This attention to detail reflects the professionalism and responsibility of a seafarer! #MaritimeSafety #PilotLadder #SOLAS #IMO #Seafarers #SafetyFirst
