This means recruiters are actively hunting for suitable candidates to present to their clients when they're back, so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door! ☀️ 3. Be ready for the post-holiday rush. Even if everyone is on holiday and there are no external recruiters working on the roles, it's still worth continuing your job search. Companies typically review applications as soon as they return from holidays, so you should make sure your CV is waiting for them.
