🌟 "Accepting the IDM award on behalf of Interstates was amazing. As a biracial woman, the work the Inclusion team has done means a lot to me personally and professionally. It’s humbling to be recognized by ABC for what we’ve accomplished and a reminder for us to continue pushing forward. I am thankful to all of my fellow team members on the Inclusion team and everyone at Interstates who advocates for a place of belonging for all."🌟 This heartfelt reflection from Louise, a member of our HR team, was shared after the recent @ABCNational Excellence Awards. We've seen firsthand how embracing diversity enhances our strengths as a company. Our approach to DE&I focuses on creating a psychologically safe space where everyone is treated with respect. With Louise and others on our inclusion team leading the way, we are making meaningful strides: 🗣️ Launching Employee Resource Groups to amplify diverse voices. 🎖️ Partnering with veteran and military organizations to support our heroes. 🤝 Engaging with community initiatives to uplift underrepresented groups. 📚 Providing essential training and resources to empower our team. 🌍 Cultivating a culture of belonging where every voice is heard and valued. During Diversity Month, these actions take on even more significance. As Louise states: "We can’t do this alone, and we only win by working towards a better future together!" Here’s to building that future. #DiversityMonth

Global PMO - Talent Discovery | Agile Project Management, Reporting & Analytics, HR & Business Advisory
There are many responses of merit for “What drives successful, impactful outcomes?”, but I firmly believe *the* pivotal difference to any program, initiative or idea are leaders who authentically model a growth mindset; those whose communication pillars are built firstly on listening and asking - before speaking; and those able to lead with humility - recognizing what’s worked, what hasn’t and pivoting as needed, always looking to the future and what can be achieved next. I’m SO very #proudtobeSAP because of leaders like Supriya Jha who inspire all of us to build a culture where we represent not only the beautiful diversity of personhood but also diversity thought, skills, prior employment backgrounds - helping our customers (and future SAP hires ☺️) see themselves in us AND helping us be at our best in everything SAP produces. #lifeatsap #dei #servantleadership
Congratulations, Supriya Jha, for being recognized as a Top 15 Chief Diversity Officer by Diversity Global Magazine. Thank you for building an all-inclusive and diverse culture where our employees of 150+ nationalities can be their authentic selves. https://sap.to/6044n26Kp

In an age where social media and digital platforms can reach millions in an instant, our diverse stories can have global impact. Creating a meaningful connection with others can change how we view ourselves and the world around us. Leadership Strategist and Global Speaker, Sienna J. Brown, shows you how to use your influence to spark a movement, share your truth, and empower others to do the same. ➡️ What is Intentional Inclusion? https://lnkd.in/gcRXHAWB ➡️ Why sharing your story can spark a movement | TEDx: https://lnkd.in/gki62PWK ------------- April is Celebrate Diversity Month. It is a time to recognize, understand and amplify our differences while honoring our common humanity. Inclusion in the workplace is the culture in which people can come to work, feel comfortable and confident to be themselves and work in a way that suits them and delivers your business or service needs. Inclusion will ensure that everyone feels valued and adds value. Workplace inclusion is the process of providing every member of an organization with equal access to professional resources and opportunities. With inclusion as the objective, we are all much more likely to see greater diversity in our workforces, fairer treatment for all and greater equality of opportunities as outcomes. And DEIA is just good business: ➡️ Research by Forbes tells us that decisions made and executed by diverse teams delivered 60% better results and inclusive teams make better business decisions 87% of the time. ➡️ People are considering organizational culture more than ever before and 76% of job seekers report that a diverse workforce is an important factor when evaluating companies and job offers. - Glassdoor ➡️ 83% of Gen Z candidates state that a company’s commitment to inclusion and diversity is important when choosing an employer. - Monster Employer Resources ------------- As certified members of WEConnect International and Canada's 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC), inclusion is at the heart of our business. This month, and always, our goal is to treat everyone with respect and dignity. #DEIA #CelebrateDiversityMonth #DEI #WeNotMe #DiverseWorkPlaces #InclusiveLeadership #DiversityandInclusion #ThoughtLeadership #inclusionmatters

This week at BAT Globally, we are celebrating and emphasising the importance of "Global Inclusion Week." Inclusion isn't just a value; it's a strategic imperative. This week is a significant time to reflect on our progress and, more importantly, to act toward creating an environment where diversity is not only accepted but celebrated. This year's theme, "Impact Matters," underscores the tangible changes inclusion can bring to organisations and society, making it a crucial event in our calendar. True inclusion extends beyond compliance or policy - it’s about making a measurable difference in individuals' lives. Building inclusive workplaces unlocks innovation, fosters a sense of belonging, and contributes to positive social change. In APMEA South, it is a privilege to lead a diverse team. My reflection is that diverse teams outperform homogenous ones. Yet, it’s not enough to bring diverse people to the table; we must ensure their voices are not just heard, but also valued, to truly foster a culture of inclusion. So, how can we make an impact? As leaders, there are several things we can do to promote inclusion: 1. Acknowledge the unique experiences and challenges faced by individuals in our teams. 2. Create safe spaces where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and contributing authentically. 3. Hold ourselves and our teams accountable through measurable actions, such as diversity hiring, inclusive leadership training, and mentorship programs that break down barriers. There is so much power in the big and small steps we can take to commit to making inclusion more than a conversation. These actions will leave a lasting impact and lead to a brighter, more inclusive future for all. #wearebat, #weareapmeasouth, #impactmatters

Senior Human Resources Manager @ HROne | Allyship, Employee Relationships, Talent Management | Top HR Operational Voice
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." - Oscar Wilde As we bid farewell to Pride Month today, I feel compelled to share some reflections. Over the past month, I've been inspired by countless posts on LinkedIn that have celebrated diversity, advocated for inclusion, and championed acceptance. Today marks the closure of Pride Month, but it's important to remember that the spirit of this month extends far beyond these 30 days. The essence of Pride Month is about acknowledging and appreciating our differences, about fostering an environment where everyone feels valued for who they are. #Diversity and #inclusion aren't just buzzwords - they are fundamental to a healthy society and a thriving workplace. They drive innovation, foster creativity, and above all, they make us human. Accepting people for who they are, without judgment, is not just about tolerance, but about respect and understanding. It's about recognizing that our differences are what make us unique. As Pride Month comes to a close, let's carry forward its message, celebrate diversity, champion inclusion, and strive for a world where everyone is proud of who they are. 🏳️🌈 #PrideMonth #Diversity #Inclusion #Acceptance
