Did you know that when you use a thermal grease to bond a heat sink to a substrate, the grease tends to ooze out over time? Yep, it's true. The technical term for this oozing process is "pump out." But it's much easier to remember if you think of a yummy PB & J sandwich. Once you think about it this way, you'll quickly realize you really don't want a jelly of a mess on your circuit board. Thermally conductive, pre-mixed & frozen adhesives can help you clean up your act. 😁 https://ed.gr/d6oa2
