Celebrating this day enhances cultural awareness, fosters inclusivity, and reinforces our dedication to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone. 🌍❤️ Juneteenth is not only about celebrating freedom but also about understanding the ongoing challenges and systemic injustices that affect African Americans today. A lot of talk lately in the evaluation field is about how to increase the number of voices from youth and from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). This (see comments) is an amazing (free) webinar from the Center for Evaluation Innovation showcasing the implications of race in our society and how that has impacted the field of evaluation. #programevaluation #inclusivitymatters TLDR: Look at why evaluation is "so white," not why there are "few people of color"
