What makes a great digital marketer?

You don’t need to understand the entire ecosystem, you just need to do your best to learn it.
Never stop asking “why are we doing what we are doing?”

Being really great comes in many packages. My my perspective of what makes someone a really great marketer really makes them a great entrepreneur on some of the best media buyers at our company or the best campaign strategists or just the best employee at Neon Flux, One of our core values is entrepreneurialism. Even though you work at a job, we get equity upside or profits interest upside in the brands we work on. So we really treat those brands like they're our own, but it's a mentality I would say in where. Problem solving outside of your core focus and broadening broadening your view of all business O you can come U with just an ad or you can think of the entire experience you're selling and some people just cut it short to do the bare minimum and then some people and the best people I think at neon I can speak to that I've seen really grow here and exceed and excel go above and beyond. Well, what happens after this and why does it make sense? So it's a lot of that questioning of. You know, why are we doing what we doing and what is the whole experience like? It's not just like that, OK, I changed the add font an I changed the button color. You know, it's, it's thinking of it as if you owned the whole thing, even though it may not be your entire job to do that. And because that just broadens the reasoning of why you do the job you do within the ecosystem of of the brand. I'm thinking outside the box of just running the ads on Meta, I think brings a lot more perspective. So I would say. The digital marketers understand the entire ecosystem or at bare minimum do their best to learn it. Even just the effort, I think makes it great because, you know, not everyone's. I'm not a genius. I just think that I try really hard to learn as much as I can across all the facets of the of the business and that that gives me kind of the superpower of being like a. But generalist, I'm generally decent at everything. I'm not a master of anything.
