This year has been marked by surprises and great lessons. Alongside Maria Carmo Cardano, we traveled to several cities across Brazil, with the support of Intersect MBO, and in doing so, we created GovChainLab. We also forged partnerships with renowned educational institutions to expand opportunities for the #CardanoCommunity and promote decentralized governance. I have always believed that what matters most is the value people bring, regardless of gender. However, something extraordinary happened during this journey: many women shared how inspired they felt seeing two women leading these activities. One particularly memorable moment was during the workshop we held in Curitiba, where we had the honor of partnering with Lizzy Zanlutti from @TokenEconomy . At the end, we took a photo together, and the women attending came to us, visibly moved, expressing how rare it is to see this kind of female leadership in the crypto space and how much it motivated them. This heartfelt feedback made me reflect: our actions often create deep impacts, even if they aren't immediately visible. It became clear to me that female presence has the power to inspire real change, not only for those in leadership but also for those who watch and see themselves reflected in us. This isn’t about minimizing the contributions of men, who are essential in all areas. But when we, as women, step into leadership roles, we open doors for many others who may still hesitate to take their place. And that is truly transformative. As someone deeply connected to local development, seeing the tangible impact of our initiatives is what drives me. But we want to go further. Maria and I are finalizing Catalyst proposals with the goal of reaching even more people and breaking through the bubbles that often limit our community’s growth. Our vision is to create projects that not only inspire and broaden participation but also evolve into self-sustaining models. We are committed to inspiring, expanding, and, above all, providing solutions that transform lives in a lasting way. Each proposal we develop carries this commitment, and we believe that, with Catalyst’s support, we can build a legacy that will continue to grow and inspire far beyond what we can imagine.
