*Application of Hybrid Polyurea Membrane & lapping :* (i) Hybrid Polyurea Membrane shall be executed on the RCC slab, RCC walls and RCC wall tops of Swimming Pool and Drain and shall be extended upto the intersection of external side of Sw.Pool/Drain wall and Terrace slab. (ii) Where a fresh application of Hybrid Polyurea is to be joined to previous day’s application of Hybrid Polyurea, the old application shall be overlapped by the fresh application by minimum 75 mm. (iii) Where the surface of existing cured application of Hybrid Polyurea is contaminated by dust, dirt, etc., a minimum 100 mm of lapping end will be cleaned properly, followed by application of Epoxy primer and allowed to dry for 4 hours and then continuing with the spray application of Hybrid Polyurea. *Curing of Hybrid Polyurea* *Membrane :* (i) Allow Hybrid Polyurea Membrane to cure to a firm rubber (min. 24 hours at 30°C), the membrane achieves full cure in 7 days. Any subsequent activities (including testing, if any) on the membrane can be carried out after 7 days. Cover / protect the coating from UV within 45 days of application. (ii) Please note Hybrid Polyurea Membrane may turn yellow in exposure to sunlight but the mechanical characteristics of applied membrane will not change.
