She can swindle me into 20 extra minutes at bedtime before I even realize what's happening. If she could read and spell, I'd let her be our sales lead. Unfortunately, we're not quite there yet. So...putting this out into the interwebs to see what kind of connections we can make. Not an official job rec, but looking for the right sales fit. Needs to be: 1) In love with the problem we are trying to solve: Family caregiver activation during acute hospitalization. 2) Passionate about our product: Willing to get to know it inside and out. 3) Empathetic to the suffering: Our "users" are dynamic, often new to a family member's health crisis and to the hospital. In addition to my responsibilities of managing the surgeon's schedules, I created and implemented a denial management process that recovered $500k+ of revenue in a 3 month time period that was close to timely filing. In layman's terms...it was money left on the table that was gonna go BYE BYE if someone didn't catch it. That person was me🙋🏾♀️. From that point forward... I handled anything denial management related. The denails in the department decreased SIGNIFICANTLY!
