‼️Without a specific standard, companies may not face increased fines for repeat violations. This also includes the most serious violations and willful violations while some employer make their way on to OSHA’s Severe Violator Enforcement Program List (SVEP). Often times, these most frequently cited violations lead to physical injury or death. This session will cover the Top 10 violations, Severe Enforcement Violator Program and tips on minimizing each type of potential hazard. Abatement methods and the OSHA inspection process will also be covered during this presentation.
