I'm excited for Insight to network with other bankers, other people in the industry. It's great to be able to see what's coming up, what's in the future, kind of marry that together with where we want to go over the next few years. It's been very impressive with the focus on the product, a great chance to demo, a great chance to see it in action and then full accessibility to anyone you needed to talk to. Really the best part for me about coming to Insight is just being able to connect with people at other institutions and having a face to face conversation and that really is just so invaluable. You can't replicate. Online meeting other banks that are specifically our size. It's so powerful to have that face to face interaction where you can network with people just like you. What's been really evident here though is the energy and the passion of the company as a whole and also the ability to connect us. The team Encino in London have been fantastic in setting us up meetings in advance with the right people and that's really helped. That's made best use of our time. We've just amazingly looked after and we're going away with both insights and context for further conversations.
