The challenge happens on every exhibit floor in every expo hall. Trade show exhibit managers always wonder “How do I maximize the number of conversations with 🧔 👨 👨⚕️ 👩⚕️ 🙎♂️ 🙎♀️ attendees walking past my booth?” More conversations = more product/software demonstrations = more leads = more business. 💰 At the Society for Clinical Ops Executives organized by Cambridge Innovation Institute (#scopesummit) there were over 300 booths. Only two booths had a live presenter/entertainer who mixed an unusual human skill with the exhibits brand and message. Kudos to Continuum Clinical, A Spectrum Science Company ! They had a constant line of attendees waiting to get their caricature drawn by Rafael Diez, a Florida based 🎨 artist 🖌 who specializes in digital caricatures. In just 10 minutes, he captures a prospect’s visage and prints it out for them to insert into their badge holder, complete with the exhibitor’s logo. Instant brand recognition for the exhibitor and a great takeaway for the attendee. Two other benefits.... 1) While folks are waiting their turn for a caricature, the booth staff can dialogue and qualify them. 2) The digital image is saved to the cloud, so the exhibitor can email it to attendee. A fun and very different way to follow up after the conference.
