I've always worked in smaller consultancies, who in turn service global enterprises. Consequently, I've had the opportunity to experience a wide range of organizational cultures, structures, and change. Nevermind that even "small" businesses deal with their own scaling challenges - going from 5 to 50, or 100+ can have it's own unique trials and tribulations!
