FRI-YAY CHECK-IN! How many times have we heard, "You cannot pour from an empty cup?" Many. Many times, is the answer. Yet, what intentional steps do we take to ensure our cup 🥤 is full? If you are like most, probably few. This is the check-in process that I use to boost my intentionality through immediate self-awareness. I didn't create this 6 question reflection (I ran into it online many moons ago), but it works! And you can modify the internal prompts to better suit you! I loved the sense of humor in the company. Switching the prank to Digital. I recently came across an interesting approach to testing digital resilience. As we all know, switching to digital has become the norm, but it's equally important to be aware of the potential risks and vulnerabilities in today's digital world. The Netflix Chaos Monkey is a tool that tests the resilience of their entire digital platform by intentionally creating controlled failures. By doing so, they can identify and fix any issues before they become major problems. I hope that more companies will follow Netflix's lead and conduct similar drills to ensure that their systems are secure and resilient.
