Surprised and chuffed to be recognised at our monthly team meeting yesterday! Here’s how it went down… Step 1: Created a weekly sales prediction game with a convoluted set of rules and a questionable scoring system (that changed when I felt like it). Step 2: Assigned my colleagues strange horse-related nicknames that they no say in. Step 3: Distracted my colleagues from their work while they were pressured into making their predictions. Step 4: Sent out weekly, ChatGPT aided, updates mocking my colleagues' terrible predictions. Step 5: Received recognition at the monthly team meeting for embodying team and company values, becoming inaugural Team Colleague of the Quarter…. ?? It's all a bit confusing, isn't it? 😅 But on a serious note, I was really surprised and chuffed to receive this recognition yesterday so thanks to whoever nominated me. My awards will be proudly displayed on my desk. 🏆
