Today is Pet Remembrance Day. 🐾🌈 At NVA’s I-20 Animal Medical Center, the team constructed a Rainbow Bridge Memorial Garden to help pet parents honor the pets they loved and lost. They encourage their clients and community to bring collars, name tags, and other mementos to the rock memorial. “We built this bridge and garden to help clients remember those precious four-legged family members gone way too soon from our lives,” said the team. “We hope this spot will bring them just a little bit of comfort during such a difficult time of grief and loss.” 📸: NVA’s I-20 Medical Center in Arlington, TX

🚨 Has your furry friend gone missing? Don't panic, but act swiftly! Here are the steps to take: 🐾 Spread the word: Share a detailed description and recent photo of your pet on social media, community boards, and with local shelters. 🐾 Search the area: Start searching nearby - pets often stay close to home when lost. Bring treats or familiar items to attract them. 🐾 Contact shelters: Contact animal shelters, vet clinics, and animal control agencies in your area. Provide them with your pet's description and microchip details. 🐾 Leave a scent trail: Place your pet's favorite toys, bedding, or clothing with your scent outside your home. This can help guide them back if they're nearby. 🐾 Seek help: Enlist friends, family, and neighbors to help search the neighborhood and distribute flyers. Remember, time is of the essence. Act quickly and remain hopeful. Together, we can bring your beloved pet home safely.
