I was born with eczema, but I wasn't diagnosed with eczema. Most of my culprits is just stress related. How did you come to that reality realization and and how are you working through that? It's definitely been a trial and error. I had to look in to see what I was contributing to this illness and that's when I started doing the meditation practice and the yoga and a lot of journaling also. That helped me a lot. A lot of just reflection. With the journal writing, I could go back and look and see like, wow, this is my starting point, this is where I'm at now. And so the mental health and the meditation for me, that practice that goes overtime, there's an end result and maybe I may not have clear skin ever. And having that reality of it, I came to realization that. It's, it's OK, it's OK that it's not going to be completely clear and perfect. Accepting who you are and accepting that your level of Disease Control at this point in your life. This is OK for me as a physician is really great to hear those things because sometimes we may want to push patients to go in a certain direction, but it's the patient's journey, right? And we have to be respectful of how far they want to go and where they find themselves. This calls for like fine motor skills that I don't have. I'm gonna put this down. There you go. You got it.
